This page describes exactly what this website collects and why. It is short because the site does very little: there is no account to create, no form to fill in, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.
Who is responsible
Ballinem operates this website and the Telegram gateway bot it links to. For questions, corrections, or to have your data deleted, message @BallinemReff on Telegram.
What is collected, and when
Nothing in the table below happens unless you accept cookies. If you decline, or if you never see the bar because you are outside the EU/EEA/UK and have not opted out, the site still works identically.

What is not collected: no name, no email address, no phone number, no payment details, and no account. The site has no login and no contact form. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers.
The Telegram part
The buttons on this site open Telegram. If you press Start on the gateway bot, it receives the click ID described above, and reports to Meta that one lead arrived — identified by that random string, not by you.
Telegram itself shows the bot your Telegram user ID and username. That is Telegram's own behaviour for every bot, not something this site adds. The bot stores that ID so it can issue you an invite link and avoid counting the same person twice. It is never sent to Meta.
Once inside Telegram, Telegram's own privacy policy applies to your use of the app.
Who else sees any of it
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — receives a hashed, pseudonymous identifier and the advertising click ID, so it can attribute the lead to an advert. Meta cannot use this to tell us who you are, and we never receive your Facebook or Instagram identity in return.
- Cloudflare — serves the site and tells the page which country you are connecting from, so we know whether to ask for consent at all.
- Telegram — only if you choose to open it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your national data protection authority. Because the site holds no name or email, the practical way to identify your record is the Telegram account you used — message @BallinemReff and it will be removed.
Withdrawing consent
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page, or clear this site's data in your browser. Withdrawing stops any further collection immediately; it does not retroactively unsend what was already reported.
Legal basis
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for everything in the table above. There is no other processing to justify.

The figures shown on the home page are historical examples from individual stores, shared with permission. They are not a forecast and no earnings are guaranteed. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
